Great advice but my experience tells me that even just creating content is sometime enough to attract new opportunities.
I have recently landed a new role within the company I already work for, a technical book review for a soon to be published book, a couple of mentoring opportunities, and I met fellow content creators that helped me grow.
And I wasn't looking for any of those opportunities. They just landed on my LinkedIn mailbox.
Having a goal and a target audience helps but it is absolutely necessary.
